Official credential evaluators like WES and ECE do not use a single multiplier. Instead, they perform a course-by-course evaluation:

1. Each course on your Indian transcript is converted to a US letter grade (A, B, C, D, F) based on percentage.
2. US credits (semester hours) are assigned according to lecture and lab hours.
3. The grade points are weighted by credits to compute your verified US GPA.
